We really like the tag “Who is deafblind”, it’s a lovely wordplay :-)) We don’t mean that the “WHO” (World Health Organization) is deafblind. We are referring to the question “Who is deafblind?”. WHO, the organization, will respond using a set of indicators from the “International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF)”.
This is the aim of this project: To approve the set of indicators that define deafblindness as a unique condition on a worldwide level and ask for its inclusion in the ICF of the WHO.
